This Shipping Policy applies only to products purchased directly through the online checkout system on the Soil Allies Shop pages of https://www.tophorizonaginputs.com/ (the "Site") and is designed to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including Saskatchewan consumer legislation.

 

This policy does not apply to agricultural input products or services listed on our product pages that are not available for direct online purchase, which are governed by separate quotes, invoices, sales agreements, or contracts.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

 

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, payment verification issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship Canada-wide only. Shipping to additional regions or countries may be offered in the future. 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable third-party carriers, predominately being Canada post and other regional courier services. Shipping method options and costs are displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight of product item. All shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation. There are no hidden shipping charges after checkout. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery timelines within Canada range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method.

 

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Remote or rural delivery locations

  • Peak shipping periods

 

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel shipments that cannot be safely or legally delivered.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of shipment, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Reshipment costs (if applicable)

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on carrier claim outcomes and our internal assessment.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or acts of God.
